ABOUT

Hi, my name is Shannon. I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, identity issues and life transitions. I work from a client centered, strength-based and cognitive based place to help clients accomplish goals in therapy. I am also working towards certification in EMDR. I am here to help you learn tools to manage stress, process trauma, and identify your unique characteristics that will help you become the best version of yourself.

I best support my clients by providing them with a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore and grow. I help clients to create lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to ensure my clients experience compassion and don’t feel alone on their journey.

Transformation happens in phases, my goal is to meet you right where you are at. Virtually, we will set a time to meet together and talk about where you are now, where you have been, and where you want to go. At Eclipse Counseling, I specialize in walking back together and facing past traumas, cycles, and habits using client-centered, strength-based and cognitive-based therapy. Together, we can process trauma and apply newly learned skills that will help you transform into the person you are meant to be.
